Operative pelviscopy is a powerful technique in the armanentarium of the reproductive and gynecologic surgeon. Pelviscopic surgery has been reported to minimize tissue handiling, bleeding and intraperitioneal adhesion.
Therefore, pelviscopic surgery can be regarded as nimimally invasive surgical technique in gynecololgic poeration.
